Glow Up Routine (Before)

hi, friends!

At the time of this writing, I have 108 days until we leave for our week in Mexico. The first vacation since the pandemic started, and when we booked it I had all of these goals I wanted to accomplish before. Well, it’s getting a little closer every day and I realized I need an accountability buddy. So why not here? I am going to outline by goals below and I have until November 12, 2021 to achieve them. I will then do an after post then.

Trigger warning: Not all of my goals are fitness/ body image related but some of them are. I will be talking about exercise, calories, etc.

  • My main goal: lose 20 pounds- most of these goals below are going to help me get there.
  • 10,000 steps everyday: this is a minimum amount of steps I want to take everyday. I’m pretty good about this already but in my research, they have said that you burn an extra 300-500 calories a day when you reach your steps.
  • Drink less during the week: drinking less alcohol during the week will help me reach my calorie deficit!
  • 30 minutes of exercise a day: I love Fiton workouts so I am going to do at least one every day!
  • Drink all my water
  • Restart my skincare routine: it’s the last thing I want to do in the morning or at night, so I’m going to start making myself do it all every day so I can get the glowy skin I want!
  • Post at least 4 times a week on Instagram: I feel like I’ve been slacking on this a bit so I want to be more conscious about it!
  • Close a real estate transaction: I want to close my first real estate transaction before we leave!
