hi, friends! Seasonal decor is so much fun to add to your home, and since this was our first fall in our house (we bought in November last year) I knew I wanted to update our decor with the season but wanted to do it on a budget. Here are some tips on decorating but staying on budget. First, I love to replace my throw pillows with each season. I usually keep a neutral color (white or grey) along with a seasonal color- in this case rust orange. I found the thankful pillow and loved it so much I added...
Monthly Update: August 2021
hi, friends! I’m back with another monthly update! August was a whirlwind for sure, starting off with volunteering at a fun town event, then to Lancaster for a fun weekend celebrating some of M’s friends getting married! The next weekend was so fun- we headed to the Poconos with some friends for our second annual couples trip! Editable Cleaning Schedule Template
hi, friends! As you may have seen, I wrote a post a while back about my cleaning schedule. Well after months of using it, I am still not cleaning on weekends, and the piece of binder paper I had it written on got wet. With that, I decided to make a template that I can print out, edit, and use for years to come. I also thought, why not share it here so anyone can use it? It is completely editable on Canva (after you save a copy to your own account) so you can change and remove tasks as...

hi, friends! With wedding season in full swing, it can be so hard to find affordable wedding guest dresses! Well, I have a couple of weddings coming up so I shopped my closet from the last couple of years and found some great dresses from Lulu’s still in stock! First up, is this midi blue lace dress with nude underlay! It has adjustable straps, a v neck, and zips up in the back! The top is tight up until your ribcage but is flowy underneath that- which makes it perfect for dancing! The nude lining peeps through the lace and...
